Issue:Menus With Opacity Settings Do Not Display Scroll Bars Properly
Browser:IE5.5/6
Platform:Windows
Description:In menus which have a menu opacity setting, scroll bars will not always appear properly if the menu item that happens to be beneath the scroll bar also has its own item opacity setting of less than 100.
Cause:Unknown.
Comments:As a work around, avoid using both menu and item opacity settings on menus that may be scrollable.
